Part 1Suppliers

  1. Lesson 1: Add a supplier (GSTIN checked as you type)The mills, wholesalers and agents you buy from, with their GSTIN and terms.
  2. Lesson 2: Import suppliers from Tally or ExcelBring the whole supplier list in at once. Needs an owner's or store manager's login.
  3. Lesson 3: Read a supplier's ledger and ageingWhat you owe a supplier, bill by bill, and how old each bill is.

Part 2Buying

  1. Lesson 4: Raise a purchase order and send it on WhatsAppOrder from a supplier; pending pieces are tracked until they arrive.
  2. Lesson 5: Receive goods against a POCheck what came against what was ordered, and put it into stock with its cost.
  3. Lesson 6: Enter a purchase bill with freight spread into landed costFreight, loading and insurance spread over the pieces, so each one's cost is true.
  4. Lesson 7: Read a supplier bill from a photo with AIA photo fills the bill number, date, freight and supplier; you add and check the lines.
  5. Lesson 8: Scan a paper bill from the counter scanner and attach itKeep the supplier's original bill with its entry, for the CA and for GST.
  6. Lesson 9: Why a duplicate supplier bill is refusedOne supplier bill number, once a year — so stock and dues are never counted twice.
