   Step 1:

   In Receive goods, press Read bill from photo and take — or pick — a straight, well-lit photo of the bill.

   Step 2:

   The bill number, date, freight and supplier fill in; a panel lists the lines as printed.

   Step 3:

   AI reads, you check: add each item below from the panel and match it with the paper.

   Step 4:

   A registered supplier's bill has a QR: Scan e-invoice QR fills the bill and blocks duplicates.

   Reading a photo needs the AI key under Settings → Connections → AI catalog help.
