How an online order goes

From the bag to the doorstep, in four steps.

Every website order goes the same way, and the customer hears on WhatsApp at each turn.

  1. The shopper orders

    As a guest, or signed in with a one-time code on WhatsApp or SMS. Cash on delivery, or online through Razorpay.

  2. You confirm and pack

    Orders from signed-in shoppers confirm by themselves; guest orders wait for your call. Scan each piece as you pack it.

  3. Hand it to your courier

    Type the courier's tracking (AWB) number. The customer gets it on WhatsApp.

  4. Delivered — and after

    Mark it delivered. Returns and exchanges are asked for from the order page, and a review request follows a few days later.

Online orders

Every order, every status, in one list.

Placed, confirmed, packed, shipped, delivered, returned — each with its GST invoice, its packing slip and its shipping label, and the customer's history beside it.

  • A packing slip and a 100 × 150 mm shipping label for each box
  • Cancel with a reason; a paid online order is refunded through Razorpay
  • Stock is held while the shopper pays, and let go if they don't

Your web address

Your address, in your own name.

Every shop starts at yourshop.vasah.app. To use your own domain, open Settings → Your web address, add the records it shows at your domain provider and press Verify. The certificate for the secure address is made for you.
