Do it step by step

   Step 1:

   Open Online store → Pages & banners. Home page lists the blocks in the order the website shows them.

   Step 2:

   Press Edit to change the Title, Subtitle and Link URL. The first hero is the big banner: under Banner picture press Upload a picture — JPG, PNG, WebP or AVIF, up to 8 MB, a wide one works best — or paste its web address.

   Step 3:

   For a festival, set Show from and Until — the block shows only on those dates. Press Save.

   Step 4:

   Move blocks with ↑ and ↓. Pause hides one without deleting it; Activate brings it back.
