How do I return an item at the counter?
- 1Press F7. Return / Exchange opens.
- 2Type the bill number, scan the receipt's QR, or type the customer's mobile. Paper bill lost? Find its number in Sales → Invoices, by customer or date.
- 3Pick the piece and the reason, then exchange it or refund by store credit, cash or UPI. Your return days and exchange-only rule still apply.
