How do I close the day and print the Z report?

Press Ctrl+R: the close-day box shows the day's bills, sales and payments.
Count the notes and coins in the drawer; VASAH works out the difference from the expected cash.
Press “Close & print Z report”. That counter bills again tomorrow, or when a manager re-opens it.
