   Step 1:

   Open Online store → Pages & banners → Shipping & COD.

   Step 2:

   Under Cash on delivery: COD enabled, Minimum and Maximum order ₹, COD fee ₹ and Fee free above ₹. Press Save COD rules.

   Step 3:

   Under Delivery charges, checkout uses the first active rule from the top. Edit changes one, + Add a delivery charge adds one, ↑ ↓ set the order, and Pause makes checkout skip one.

   Step 4:

   Where you deliver: keep Deliver to every PIN code in India, or list PIN codes — stop delivery or refuse COD for one. An online manager sees this switch read-only: You can see this but not change it — the owner or a store manager can.

   To list one: type the PIN code, City and State, tick Deliver and COD, and press Save PIN code.
