Decide whether guests may order without signing in

Guests order with a name, mobile and address; you ring them before the order is accepted.

- Step 1:
In Pages & banners → Shipping & COD, find Ordering without an account.
- Step 2:
Ticked, shoppers order with just their name, mobile number and address.
- Step 3:
Such orders are never accepted automatically — they wait in Online store → Orders for you to ring the customer.
- Step 4:
Untick it only once sign-in codes on WhatsApp or SMS work — then only signed-in customers can order.
- Step 5:
Your online manager sees the box as you set it, but cannot change it — the screen tells them: You can see this but not change it — the owner or a store manager can.
