Where do I set delivery charges and COD limits?

Open Online store → Pages & banners → “Shipping & COD”.
Under “Cash on delivery”: COD enabled, Minimum order ₹, Maximum order ₹, COD fee ₹ and Fee free above ₹ — then “Save COD rules”.
Beside it, “Delivery charges”: checkout uses the first active rule from the top. Edit one, “+ Add a delivery charge”, move them with ↑ ↓, or Pause one.
