How do I ship an order?

Quick answerIn 3 steps

Open the order in Online store → Orders. Press Confirm if it is still placed, scan each piece into the “Pack: scan each piece's barcode…” box, then press Packed.
Print the “Packing slip” and “Shipping label”, then press “Ship…”, choose the Courier and type the “AWB number”.
The customer is told on WhatsApp by itself.
