Accept, pack (scan each piece) and hand an order to the courier with the AWB

Do it step by step

   Step 1:

   Open Online store → Orders and press Pick list. Print it — Print on A4, or on the receipt printer — and fetch every piece, rack by rack.

   Step 2:

   Open a confirmed order. Still placed? Press Confirm first.

   Step 3:

   Scan each piece into Pack: scan each piece's barcode…. The Packed column gets a ✓.

   Step 4:

   When every line has its ✓, press Packed.

   Step 5:

   Press Ship…, choose the Courier and type the AWB number from the courier's receipt. Press Ship; the customer gets the tracking.
