Confirm a guest COD order by phone before packing

- Step 1:
Open Online store → Orders and press placed. A guest's cash-on-delivery order waits here.
- Step 2:
Open the order and ring the mobile shown next to the name. Check the address and the pieces.
- Step 3:
They confirm? Press Confirm — the bill is made — then pack as usual.
- Step 4:
Still no answer after trying again, or they say no? Press Cancel…, write the Reason (sent to the customer) and press Cancel order.
