Open Online store → Orders. The tabs — placed, confirmed, packed, shipped… — show how many wait at each step; the menu shows a count too.
Open an order for the address, payment and pieces. Paid and cash-on-delivery orders from signed-in shoppers confirm themselves; guest orders wait for your call.
