TSPL roll printers, through the print bridge
Tags at the exact sticker size.
Choose your TSPL label printer on the counter PC and set the sticker size once. Price tags and Legal Metrology tags then print in the printer's own language — the right size, the right way up, with no print box.

What you get
What it does for your shop.
Price tags
One tag per piece with design, size, colour, MRP and barcode — from a style, or straight from a purchase bill.
The Legal Metrology tag
The 70 × 40 mm tag with net quantity, packer, month of packing, origin and consumer care.
The exact size
Width, height and gap come from your label template, so each label sits on one sticker.
Re-tag the shelf
After a price change, print one tag per piece in stock at a location.
Before you start
What to have ready.
Driver, shared printer and the size of one sticker.
Getting ready
Install the maker's driver (for TSC, Seagull) instead of the one Windows picks, and share the printer in Windows.
Load the roll. With a ruler, measure one sticker (width × height) and the gap between two stickers — usually 2–3 mm.
Install the print bridge on this PC first (course: Counter PC and receipt printer).
- A TSPL roll label printer, such as TSC TE210 or TA210
- The maker's driver installed in Windows (for TSC, the Seagull driver)
- Label rolls: 50 × 25 mm for price tags, 70 × 40 mm for the Legal Metrology tag
- The print bridge on that PC (course: Counter PC and receipt printer)
Switch it on
Switch it on, step by step.
Choose the printer, then the sticker size and gap.
On that PC open Settings → Counter PC → “Barcode label printer”. Choose the Connection and the printer, and press Save.
Open Settings → Documents & series → “Label templates”. Set Width and Height to one sticker (e.g. 50 × 25) and Gap to what you measured, then press Save on that row.
Press “Make default” on the template you print most.
Test it
Check it really works.
One sticker, one box — then a real tag.
On Settings → Counter PC press “Print test label”. One label prints with a box the size of the sticker.
The box must sit inside one sticker. Then open Catalogue → Label printing, add a style and press “Print to label printer”.
Scan the printed barcode at the counter: the right size and colour comes up.
When something goes wrong
What VASAH tells you, and what to do.
Sideways, across two stickers, or through the browser.
Sideways on the sticker: tick “Rotate 90°” on the template (Documents & series → Label templates) and Save. Upside down: tick “Flip”.
One label across two stickers, or blank stickers in between: Width, Height or Gap does not match the roll — measure again and correct the template.
“No label printer is set on this PC's bridge — choose it in Settings → Counter PC, or use Print via browser.”: choose the printer under “Barcode label printer”.
“Print bridge not running on this PC…”: install the bridge, or press “Print via browser…” and in the print box choose the label paper, Margins None and Scale Actual size.
Good to know
What it does not do.
- Direct printing is for TSPL printers, such as TSC TE210 or TA210. Other printers print labels through the browser.
- Install the maker's driver (for TSC, Seagull) and share the printer in Windows.
- The print bridge must be on the PC the printer is plugged into.
