My labels print sideways — what do I do?
Open Settings → Documents & series → Label templates.
Tick “Rotate 90°” on the template you use and press Save on that row. Upside down: tick “Flip”. Across two stickers: correct Width, Height or Gap.
Check with “Print test label” on Settings → Counter PC.
