How do I open the cash drawer without a sale?

The drawer opens by itself on cash bills and cash refunds.
To open it without a sale, press Alt+O at the counter (or “Open drawer” in the register window), pick the reason, and a manager gives their PIN. The day's X and Z reports count every opening.
