How do I send a customer statement?
Open Sales → Customers and the customer: the Statement shows every bill, payment and the balance.
Press “Statement on WhatsApp”, then “Send on WhatsApp”: the open bills and the total go from the shop's WhatsApp — no agreement to offers needed.
Or press “Message on WhatsApp”, choose “Money outstanding” and press “Open WhatsApp” to send it from your own phone — the way an accountant does it.
