How do I approve a retailer's trade account?

Open Sales → Trade accounts → Waiting: retailers who applied on your website with their GSTIN, once trade accounts are switched on under Settings → Counter & policies.
Press Approve, set “Credit limit (₹)” and “Days to pay” (0 means prepaid only), and confirm.
They move to wholesale prices and get a WhatsApp saying so.
