Remind a customer of money outstanding on WhatsApp

   Step 1:

   Open the customer. Outstanding (udhaar) shows what they owe; Open bills lists each bill.

   Step 2:

   Press Statement on WhatsApp: it lists the open bills, the total and the oldest date. Press Send on WhatsApp — a statement needs no agreement to offers.

   Step 3:

   WhatsApp not connected yet? The box says so, and Write it to the log only records it — nothing reaches the customer. No approved template for statements? It says that too, and offers no send.

   Step 4:

   Or press Message on WhatsApp, choose Money outstanding, add the amount and bill in Add a line of your own — ₹4,500 on bill MS1/26-27/000123 — and press Open WhatsApp; you press send.

   Statement on WhatsApp shows only to those who may change customers — an accountant uses Message on WhatsApp.
