Which WhatsApp templates are approved?
Open Settings → Connections → WhatsApp & SMS → “Message templates”. The Meta column shows each one: approved, pending, or rejected with the reason.
“Show all” lists every message. A template Meta has not approved cannot be sent, whatever it is mapped to.
“Test connection” also reads Meta's verdict for every mapped template.
