Where do customer WhatsApp replies go?
To WhatsApp inbox in the back office, with the customer's bills and orders beside them.
It needs the inbound address: Settings → Connections → WhatsApp & SMS → “Messages customers send us” → “Make one for me” → Save → “Copy the address”, then paste it into MSG91. The address stays there to copy again.
