- Step 1:
Open Settings → Counter & policies and go to Returns & receipts.
- Step 2:
Type the Return / exchange window in days — counted from the bill, or from delivery for a website order.
- Step 3:
Switch Exchange only on if a piece brought back is only exchanged; a faulty one is still refunded.
- Step 4:
Press Save. The counter, your bills and your website's Returns page all follow it.
