   Step 1:

   In Counter & policies → Returns & receipts, find Return policy line on receipts.

   Step 2:

   Left empty, bills print the grey wording shown in the box — it follows your return days and exchange-only switch.

   Step 3:

   Or write your own, and change the Thank-you line if you like.

   Step 4:

   Press Save.
