Where do I check the GST rate for an HSN code?

Open Settings → Tax & HSN. Each HSN shows its current rule and its history.
To change a rate from a date, press “New rule…”, set “Effective from” and the slabs; earlier bills keep their old rate.
“unverified” means nobody has confirmed it with a CA — check with yours and tick “Verified with CA / official notification”.
