   Step 1:

   Open Settings → Tax & HSN. Each HSN shows its current rule — 5% up to ₹2,500 a piece, 18% above, for example.

   Step 2:

   Sit with your CA and read each line. An amber unverified badge means nobody has confirmed it.

   Step 3:

   To confirm or correct one, press New rule…, set Effective from, the slab or the flat rate.

   Step 4:

   Tick Verified with CA / official notification, add the notification in Note, and press Save rule. Old bills keep their old rate.
