Send an approved message after 24 hours

   Step 1:

   Open the chat in WhatsApp inbox. It says Cannot type to this customer just now: more than 24 hours have passed since they wrote.

   Step 2:

   Under Approved message, choose the kind — Order shipped, Invoice sent… If it is about an order, a bill or a complaint, pick which one in the box below it.

   Step 3:

   The boxes fill in what the shop knows — their first name, the shop, the number. Type what is still blank, like Courier and tracking number: it will not send with a gap.

   Step 4:

   A message that sells needs their agreement to offers: for anyone else it shows needs their agreement to offers and cannot be chosen.

   Step 5:

   Press Send the approved message. It says Queued for WhatsApp and joins the chat. Not connected yet? It is only written in the chat — the screen says so.
