   Step 1:

   Open the order. Cancel… shows until the order is shipped.

   Step 2:

   Write the Reason (sent to the customer) and press Cancel order.

   Step 3:

   The stock comes back. Paid online, the money goes back to the same payment; store credit goes back to their account.

   Step 4:

   If the bill was already made, a credit note records the cancellation.

   Step 5:

   Already shipped? It cannot be cancelled — it comes back as a return after delivery.
