- Step 1:
Open the order under shipped.
- Step 2:
The courier has set off to the customer? Press Out for delivery.
- Step 3:
Delivered? Press Delivered. The customer gets a WhatsApp message.
- Step 4:
Cash on delivery: the bill is now marked paid with what the courier collected.
