What you get

What it does for your shop.

  • Two QRs on one card

    Your own, to rate what was bought, and Google's, to review the shop.

  • Eight on a sheet

    Print review cards on A4 card stock and cut along the dashed lines.

  • One print run for every parcel

    The card asks for the bill number, so the same cards serve every order.

    A few days after an online order is delivered, a review request can follow on WhatsApp.

  • Card stock to print the cards on

Set it up

Set it up, step by step.

Anyone here can print the cards; the days and the Google link need an owner's or store manager's login.

  1. Open Online store → Reviews and press Asking & cards.

  2. Ask this many days after delivery sets the WhatsApp request; 0 turns it off. The QR on every bill works anyway.

  3. Paste your Google review link — Google Business profile: Read reviews → Get more reviews → copy link — and press Save link.

  4. Set Cards on the sheet (8 fit on A4) and press Print review cards. Print on card stock and cut along the dashed lines.

  5. On an online manager's login the days and the link show as the shop set them, greyed out, with: You can see this but not change it — the owner or a store manager can.

Test it

Check it really works.

  1. Press Print review cards and print one sheet.

  2. Scan the Google QR on a card with your phone: your shop's Google review page opens.

  3. Scan your own QR: your website's review page opens and asks for the bill number.

When something goes wrong

What VASAH tells you, and what to do.

  • The card has no Google QR: the link is not saved. Paste it and press Save link.

  • The Google QR opens the wrong page: copy the link again from your Google Business profile — Read reviews → Get more reviews.

  • No review message after delivery: “Ask this many days after delivery” is 0, or the review template is not approved in MSG91.

Good to know

What it does not do.

  • VASAH does not read or answer your Google reviews — they stay in your Google Business profile.
  • The WhatsApp request needs an approved review template in MSG91.
