Your live catalogue, for listing tools and ONDC seller apps
Your catalogue, for other apps to read.
Switch the feed on and give a listing tool or an ONDC seller app its private address. It reads the styles on your website as they are now — price, stock and photo for every size and colour.
- Works through
- A private, token-protected feed address
- Plans
- Standard and Pro
- What it costs
- Nothing in VASAH
What you get
What it does for your shop.
A CSV for listing tools
SKU, barcode, design code, name, category, size, colour, HSN, MRP, price, stock and photo.
An ONDC catalogue
The same styles in the catalogue format ONDC seller apps read.
Always current
The feed is read live, so prices and stock are as they are now.
Private
Only someone with your feed token can open it.
Before you start
What to have ready.
What the two feeds hold, and who reads them.
Getting ready
The feed lists only styles on your website that are active and have stock at a location that sends online orders.
There are two feeds: a CSV for listing tools (SKU, barcode, design code, name, category, size, colour, HSN, MRP, price, stock, photo) and an ONDC catalogue for ONDC seller apps.
Selling on ONDC itself needs a registration with an ONDC seller app — arrange that with the app.
- A listing tool or an ONDC seller app that will read the feed
- For ONDC: your registration with that seller app — arranged with them, not in VASAH
- Your back-office address, e.g. https://yourshop-api.vasah.app
Switch it on
Switch it on, step by step.
Feeds On, a token, and the ONDC city code.
Open Settings → Connections → Catalog feeds and set Feeds to On.
Type a long, hard-to-guess “Feed token”, like a password, and keep a copy — it is never shown again.
“ONDC city code”: leave it empty to use your city's code, or type your city's STD code like std:079.
Press Save.
Test it
Check it really works.
Both feed addresses, and one row checked by hand.
In a browser, open your back-office address followed by /feeds/catalog.csv?token= and your token — e.g. https://yourshop-api.vasah.app/feeds/catalog.csv?token=…. A CSV downloads, one row per size and colour.
The ONDC catalogue is at /feeds/ondc/catalog?token= on the same address. Give these addresses to the tool or seller app.
Check one row: its price, stock and photo link match the style in VASAH.
When something goes wrong
What VASAH tells you, and what to do.
Not found, bad token, missing styles, no city.
“Feed not found”: Feeds is Off, or no token is saved. Set Feeds to On, type a token and Save.
“Bad feed token”: the token in the address is not the saved one. Copy it exactly.
A style is missing from the feed: it is not on the website, not active, or has no stock at a location that sends online orders.
The ONDC feed names no city: fill “ONDC city code”, e.g. std:079.
Good to know
What it does not do.
- It lists only active styles on your website, with stock at a location that sends online orders.
- Selling on ONDC itself needs a registration with an ONDC seller app — arranged with that app, not in VASAH.
- It is a plain CSV and an ONDC catalogue — not a Google or Meta shopping feed.
