Amazon.in, through Amazon's seller API
Sell on Amazon from the same stock.
Link your Amazon listings to your styles. With API access from Amazon, new orders come in and your stock goes out every two minutes; without it, you record orders by hand. Either way, a piece is never sold twice.

What you get
What it does for your shop.
Orders in, stock held
Each Amazon order holds its pieces at once, so the counter cannot sell them.
Stock out
Amazon is told your free stock at the location that ships, minus the buffer you keep for the counter.
Cancellations released
A cancelled order frees its pieces again.
GST done right
Sales carry Amazon's invoice number and GSTIN, and show separately for GSTR-1 Table 14.
Payouts reconciled
Record each payout and split commission, fees, TCS and TDS until it adds up.
Before you start
What to have ready.
Seller registration, the marketplace's GSTIN, listings.
Getting ready
Register as a seller on the marketplace and list your designs there.
Find the marketplace's GSTIN for your state in its seller dashboard — it is needed for GSTR-1 Table 14.
Decide which location ships the orders, and how many pieces of each item to keep back for the counter (the buffer).
Live sync is for Flipkart and Amazon only. Flipkart: apply for self-access under developer access in its seller dashboard. Amazon: make a private developer app in its Solution Provider Portal and authorise it for your own seller account. Meesho and Myntra work by hand.
- A seller account on the marketplace (GSTIN, PAN, bank, pickup address)
- The marketplace's GSTIN for your state, from its seller dashboard
- Your designs listed there, with their SKUs
- For live sync: API access from Flipkart or Amazon
Switch it on
Switch it on, step by step.
Manual first; then live credentials for Flipkart or Amazon.
Open Settings → Marketplaces. On the marketplace's card set Selling to “Manual — record orders here”, choose Ships from, Buffer (pieces) and the marketplace GSTIN, and press Save.
Link your listings: in Marketplaces → Listings, use “List designs” by design code, or “Import SKU map” with your marketplace SKUs.
For live sync on Flipkart or Amazon: open “Live sync credentials”, fill the details (App id, App secret, Flipkart location id — or Client id, Client secret, Refresh token, Seller id), Save, press “Test connection”, then set Selling to “Live — sync orders and stock” and Save.
Test it
Check it really works.
Test connection, hold the stock, dispatch with the marketplace's invoice number.
“Test connection” says “Flipkart accepted the app id and secret.” or “Amazon accepted the client id, secret and refresh token.”
The first order shows in Marketplaces → Orders — live within two minutes, or by hand with “Record an order”. Its stock is held at once.
When you ship it, open the order, type the marketplace's invoice number and press “Mark dispatched”.
Selling by hand: after sales, open Marketplaces → Stock to update, press “Download sheet”, upload it on the marketplace, then press “Mark … as updated”.
When something goes wrong
What VASAH tells you, and what to do.
Refused details, unlisted SKUs, Amazon Business orders, sync problems.
“Flipkart did not return an access token — check the app id and secret” or “Amazon did not return an access token — check the client id, secret and refresh token”: copy the details again.
An order says “no listing for … — map it under Marketplaces → Listings”: link that SKU in Listings, then record or accept the order.
“Amazon Business order — record it by hand with the buyer's GSTIN from Amazon's invoice”: use “Record an order” and fill the Buyer GSTIN.
Your daily summary says “Marketplace sync had … problem(s) today”: open Marketplaces → Orders — orders needing attention are marked, and the marketplace's card in Settings → Marketplaces shows the last error.
“… stock update(s) were not accepted by …”: check those items in Marketplaces → Listings.
Good to know
What it does not do.
- Live sync needs your own API access: a private developer app in Amazon's Solution Provider Portal, authorised for your seller account.
- VASAH does not dispatch: you pack and ship, then type Amazon's invoice number and press Mark dispatched.
- Amazon Business orders are recorded by hand, with the buyer's GSTIN from Amazon's invoice.
- Amazon's shipping labels, Fulfilled by Amazon stock and settlement files stay on Amazon's side.
