How do I update stock on marketplaces?

Open Marketplaces → Stock to update: it lists what changed since you last marked it.
Press “Download sheet”, upload it on the marketplace, then press “Mark … as updated”.
With live sync (Flipkart, Amazon), stock goes across every two minutes by itself.
