Offer trade accounts (wholesale) to retailers on your website

   Step 1:

   Open Settings → Counter & policies and go to Trade accounts (wholesale). It is off until you switch it on.

   Step 2:

   Switch on Offer trade accounts on the website. The website then shows a Trade link, where a retailer applies with their GSTIN.

   Step 3:

   Set the Smallest trade order — 0 means no minimum — and Pieces of each item on a trade order, at least.

   Step 4:

   Keep Approve applications without a person looking off, so you decide who gets credit. Set the Credit limit and Credit days for a newly approved retailer — 0 days means they pay first.

   Press Save. Applications then wait under Sales → Trade accounts → Waiting.
