   Step 1:

   Open Settings → Counter & policies and go to Saved replies.

   Step 2:

   Type a Title — Parcel today — and pick Shown for: Their order, Their bill, Money outstanding…

   Step 3:

   Write What it says as you would say it — no price, no PAN, no card number.

   Step 4:

   Press Add this reply. It shows as a chip wherever staff write to a customer.

   Step 5:

   Put away hides an old one; Use again brings it back.
