Take a piece back by its bill number or receipt QR, and settle the money.

Do it step by step
- Step 1:
Press F7 and scan the receipt QR — or type the bill number or mobile and press Enter.
Press - Step 2:
Under Return, type how many of each piece came back, and pick the reason.
- Step 3:
Past the return window? A manager types their PIN in Manager PIN.
- Step 4:
Under Refund by, press STORE CREDIT, CASH or UPI. A shop that gives exchange only offers store credit.
- Step 5:
Press Return & print credit note. The credit note prints, and a cash refund opens the drawer.
