- Step 1:
The top bar turns red: OFFLINE. Keep scanning and billing as usual.
- Step 2:
Take cash, UPI or card. Credit, vouchers and points wait for the connection.
- Step 3:
Each bill still gets its number and prints. The pill counts what is waiting: · 3 unsynced.
- Step 4:
Returns and reprints need the internet — ask the customer to wait a little.
- Step 5:
When the internet is back, the bills go by themselves: 3 offline bills synced.
