Add a location, its counter and the invoice series prefix

Do it step by step

   Step 1:

   Open Settings → Shops & counters and press + New location.

   Step 2:

   Give a Short code and Name, pick Kind — Shop (can bill) or Godown (stock only) — and fill the address and State. Press Add location.

   Step 3:

   On the new shop, press + Counter.

   Step 4:

   Type the Counter code, a Name and the Invoice series prefix — MS3, say. Bills will run MS3/26-27/000001, 000002…

   Step 5:

   Press Add counter. Each counter's own series lets it bill offline with no clashes.
