Invite a user, choose role, locations and discount limit

   Step 1:

   Open Settings → Users and press + Invite user.

   Step 2:

   Type the Full name and Mobile — the temporary password is sent there — and pick the Role.

   Step 3:

   Tick the Locations they work at.

   Step 4:

   For counter staff, set Manual discount cap % and ₹ per bill. Above it, a manager's PIN is needed.

   Step 5:

   Press Invite. The temporary password shows once — share it safely; they choose their own at first sign-in.
