What happens in grace and when the back office locks (selling continues)

- Step 1:
Near the end of a trial, a line says Your free trial ends in N days.
- Step 2:
After the paid date there are grace days — the line asks you to renew, everything still works.
- Step 3:
After grace the shop is locked: billing, returns and the website go on; settings, users, prices, pages and the catalogue cannot be changed.
- Step 4:
Press Renew on the red line to pay; changes open again once Razorpay confirms.
