- Step 1:
Your mobile must be the daily summary number: Settings → Counter & policies → To this number on WhatsApp.
- Step 2:
The shop's incoming WhatsApp must be connected under Settings → Connections → WhatsApp & SMS (Messages customers send us), and the AI key saved under Settings → Connections → AI catalog help.
- Step 3:
From your phone, send the question to the shop's WhatsApp number: kitna udhaar baaki hai?
- Step 4:
The answer comes back on WhatsApp in a minute or so. Messages from other numbers go to the WhatsApp inbox instead.
