Share a piece or collection with a customer

   Step 1:

   Open the style in Catalogue → Styles & variants and press Share. For a whole collection, press Share on its row in Online store → Collections — that needs an owner's or store manager's login.

   Step 2:

   In Who is it for?, type the customer's name or mobile. Each match says agreed to offers, said no to offers or not asked about offers.

   Step 3:

   Pick one who agreed to offers. Sharing a piece counts as an offer, so for anyone else the box says no — and how a customer says yes.

   Step 4:

   They have just said yes to you? Press … said yes — record it and continue: their answer is kept with your name and the date.

   Step 5:

   Read What they will read — the piece, its price and its link — and press Open WhatsApp; you press send.
