Record a return or RTO

Do it step by step
- Step 1:
Open the order and press Record a return or RTO (once delivered: Record a return).
- Step 2:
What happened: Returned by the buyer, or RTO — never delivered.
- Step 3:
Type the Marketplace credit note number exactly as printed — it goes in GSTR-1 under that number — and the Reason.
- Step 4:
Set Coming back for each piece; tick not sellable for a damaged one.
- Step 5:
Press Record credit note and restock.
