Send and receive a transfer between locations

Do it step by step

   Step 1:

   Open Stock → Transfers and press + New transfer. Pick From location and To location.

   Step 2:

   Scan or search each item and set Send qty. Put the vehicle or transporter in Notes.

   Step 3:

   Press Dispatch now — the stock shows in transit. Print challan to send with the goods.

   Step 4:

   At the other shop, open the transfer and press Verify by scanning — or type Received for a short line.

   Step 5:

   Press Receive at the branch and confirm. Missing pieces are booked as a transfer loss.
