Edit label templates (size, gap, rotate, flip)

   Step 1:

   Open Settings → Documents & series and scroll to Label templates.

   Measure the sticker with a ruler and set Width mm and Height mm.

   For a roll: Gap is the space between two stickers. Tick Rotate 90° if labels come out sideways, Flip if upside down.

   Press Save on that row. Make default picks the template Label printing opens with.

   Step 5:

   Test it: Settings → Counter PC → Print test label. The box must sit on one sticker.

   On this screen: Back office › Settings › Counter PC
