- Step 1:
A code goes on WhatsApp first. That needs MSG91 live, your WhatsApp number and an approved Authentication template — no DLT.
- Step 2:
SMS carries it to people not on WhatsApp. That needs the sender ID and VASAH's sign-in text registered on DLT word for word.
- Step 3:
Until one works, keep “Let shoppers order with just their name, mobile number and address” ticked (Online store → Pages & banners → Shipping & COD), so nobody is turned away.

- Step 4:
A code works for 10 minutes. The owner can change that in Settings → Sign-in & security → “A sign-in code works for”.
