At the counter, sign in with a code sent to your mobile instead of your password.

Do it step by step
- Step 1:
On the counter's sign-in screen, press Mobile OTP.
- Step 2:
Type the mobile number on your staff account and press Send OTP.
- Step 3:
A 6-digit code comes on WhatsApp or SMS. Type it and press Sign in.
- Step 4:
If the shop has not connected WhatsApp or SMS yet, the counter says so — use your password. The back office always asks for the password.
