Every bill and change carries the name of who made it — so a login is never shared.

- Step 1:
Every bill, discount, return and change is saved with the name of who was signed in.
- Step 2:
The owner, a manager or the accountant can open Settings → Audit log and see who did what, by person and date.
- Step 3:
So never share your password or PIN, and never bill on someone else's login.
- Step 4:
Stepping away from the counter? Ctrl+L locks it in your name.
