Reset a forgotten password with Forgot your password?

A code to your mobile proves it is you; then you choose a new password.

Do it step by step
- Step 1:
On the back office sign-in, press Forgot your password?
- Step 2:
Type the mobile number on your staff account and press Send code.
- Step 3:
Type the 6-digit code from WhatsApp or SMS, and a new password of at least 8 characters.
- Step 4:
Press Set new password, then sign in with it. No code coming? Ask the owner to reset your password.
