   Press it: Needs attention lists each thing — a WhatsApp waiting, orders to pack, a complaint past its date.

   Press a line to go straight to the screen that sorts it. All clear means nothing is waiting.

   Numbers beside WhatsApp inbox, Online store and Marketplaces in the menu count what is waiting there.

   Each person sees only what their role can act on.
