Give a refund as store credit or credit note

Do it step by step

   Step 1:

   Press F7 and find the bill. Store credit needs a customer on that bill.

   Press F7

   Step 2:

   Fill in Return and the reason, and leave the exchange box empty.

   Step 3:

   Under Refund by, press STORE CREDIT.

   Step 4:

   Press Return & print credit note. The credit note prints, and the credit sits on the customer's record.

   Step 5:

   Next visit: attach them with F3 and pay with the Store Credit tile.

   Press F3
